The University of Defence and Security “Dr. Franjo Tuđman” and the Faculty of Croatian Studies of the University of Zagreb are organising the international winter and summer school “Climate Change and Security Challenges”, which will take place from 1 to 8 July 2026 in Split.

This lifelong learning programme brings together experts in the fields of international relations, law, security, sustainable development and the social sciences. It offers participants an interdisciplinary approach to understanding climate change and its security-related implications. Teaching will be delivered through lectures, workshops and field instruction in cooperation with leading experts.

Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will receive a certificate of completion of the lifelong learning programme and 6 ECTS credits. Applications are open until 1 June 2026. For all enquiries, please contact: centar.co@sois-ft.hr.
