We hereby send (as attachment) the first announcement of the 4th International Academic Conference “Family Upbringing. Historical and Contemporary Contexts” which will take place on the 19th-21st of May 2016 in Szklarska Poręba (Poland). “Family in a situation of conflict and threat” will be the main theme in 2016. All detailed information about the conference can be found in the attached conference announcement.
With great honour we inform that the conference will commence under the patronage of: His Magnificence Rector of the University of Wrocław prof. dr hab. Marek Bojarski, Committee of Pedagogical Sciences of the Polish Academy of Science and the History of Education Society.
We would also like to inform you that the conference papers after being positively reviewed by two independent reviewers will be published in consecutive volumes of the academic journal “Family Upbringing”, which is currently indexed on the Index of Academic Journals of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education (6 points).
We invite you to read the attached documents and most of all to favour us with your presence during the 4th International Academic Conference “Family Upbringing. Historical and Contemporary Contexts” and to publish your papers in the “Family Upbringing” journal.
All published volumes of the “Family Upbringing” journal can be accessed at the website: www.wwr.uni.wroc.pl. Due to moving the journal’s website to a different server, all information regarding the conference will be published on the website at the end of December 2015.
