The aim of this course is to introduce international students to Croatian history through selected themes focused on landscape, cities, cultural heritage, memory, and everyday life from antiquity to the present. Rather than providing a comprehensive chronological survey, the course explores key historical processes and cultural phenomena through material heritage, urban spaces, architecture, museums, and historical landscapes. Special emphasis is placed on experiential learning, field visits, and discussions adapted to the interests and academic backgrounds of students from different disciplines
