Professor Šime Demo, PhD, has been appointed to the Editorial Board of Centuries of Croatian Literature (Stoljeća hrvatske književnosti) as an expert in Croatian Latinity.

The series was established in 1993 by Matica hrvatska as the successor to the literary collection Five Centuries of Croatian Literature (Pet stoljeća hrvatske književnosti), published between 1962 and 1995.

This authoritative publishing series encompasses literary works ranging from the earliest medieval written monuments to contemporary literature. It follows a rigorous textual scholarship methodology to ensure the preparation and publication of philologically reliable editions. To date, 163 volumes have been published.

In addition to their collective editorial responsibilities, members of the Editorial Board propose authors and works for inclusion in the series, identify and collaborate with scholars responsible for preparing critical editions, coordinate communication with contributors, and serve as editors of individual volumes within their respective areas of expertise.
